Addiction and Distraction
Addiction can be a slippery slope to our own personal hell, or it can be the subtle, sneaky, behavior and habits ruling our lives and we aren't even aware of the control it may have over us.
The subtle or the hellacious... both are disruptive and creating pathways of disharmony and dis-ease in the body and nervous system over long periods of time.
I believe, and what I discuss and share in this solo-episode is that most all of our addictive habits and tendencies can be traced back to the simplicity of being addicted to distraction.
Distracting ourselves from feeling, from being present with what is, distraction from the truth, from the body, from spirit, from listening. When we release ourselves from addiction and the inherent distraction that it creates we open up sooo much space in our energy for transformation to take place simply by staying present to what is rather than hiding, repressing, ignoring or avoiding what wants to move through in the moment!
